Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations if notification is given 7 days or more prior to the collection date. If an order is requested to be cancelled a $20 administration fee is applied. The customer will receive a full refund less the fee.

Where are you located?

We are located in Gordon, ACT 

Do you take bulk orders?

Absolutely we do! Get in touch via the Corporate order or contact us page

Can you deliver my cake?

Sadly we do not offer everyday delivery unless it is for a bulk order.

We do however deliver all wedding cakes and have the option for all tiered cakes.

When can I collect my order?

We have collection times available and you can choose a time when you order. An email confirmation will be sent to you right after your order to confirm collection time and location.

The specified times do not work for me. What can I do?

No worries, get in touch via our contact us page and we can work something out.

Workshop & Cakes

What happens if I can’t attend my workshop booking?

If your place can be filled, there will be a credit offered for the Workshop amount minus a $20 admin fee. If your place is unable to be filled you will forfeit the full amount of the workshop.

How long does my cake last?ย 

All cakes are baked fresh daily and can be consumed up to 4 days after collection if appropriately stored. For the best quality, moistness and taste. We recommend our cakes to be eaten 1-2 days from collection.

Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?

We are very aware of the possibility of cross contamination and certainly do not want anyone getting sick. We often run Gluten Free only days to ensure there is no risk of cross contamination. If you have an intolerance opposed to an allergy and can have the cake baked in the same kitchen where the allergen is present, then certainly reach out and we can see what we can arrange. We do use Gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts on a regular basis in the kitchen.
